Retningslinjer for frakt

Last changed on 14 October 2026. This is our shipping policy for the United Kingdom. The delivery window and the charge below are the ones shown in your cart.

Every book is printed and bound after it is ordered, then sent to you. Nothing is stocked, because no two copies are the same.

How long it takes: the delivery time from order to doorstep within the United Kingdom is stated in the cart and on the payment page before you pay. That is printing, binding and delivery together, not one and then the other.

What it costs: one flat charge, however many books are in the cart. They travel in one parcel. The charge is shown in the cart before you pay and again on the payment page. Nothing is added afterwards.

Where we deliver from this page: addresses in the United Kingdom. Other countries have their own pages, with their own prices and their own rules.

VAT is included in the prices shown. Nothing is added for tax at checkout or afterwards.

If we cannot make that window: we tell you before it passes and you choose: a new date, or a full refund. Nothing is held against a date you did not agree to.

Where it went: your payment is confirmed on screen as soon as it goes through, and your order number is on that page. Keep it: it is what we look your book up by. If the delivery window passes and nothing has arrived, write to us. That is a lost parcel and it is on us, not on you.

Still to be confirmed

The delivery window and charge for the United Kingdom are being settled with the printer that makes books here. Until they are written into this page and your cart, write to us before you order if a date matters, and a person tells you what to expect.

Questions this page does not answer? Write to us. A person reads it.
